Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
Refund Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at [phone number] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt with details and photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, for such items.
